That should do it. Andy -----Original Message----- From: Douglas, Josh D. [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Wednesday, July 17, 2002 9:46 AM To: NT 2000 Discussions Subject: accessing c$ in a trusted domain Hi all, I've got a problem I've been working on for a couple of weeks that I can't find the answer to. I've got 2 domains called law and worksite that have a two way trust between them. Law is a nt4 domain and the worksite domain has a pdc that is nt4 called id and a win 2000 member that is called iws. My problem is I'm trying to access the hidden shares (to do a backup)on the worksite domain from the law domain. I can access the pdc's hidden share without it prompting me for a password but I can't access the win 2000 c$ without it prompting me for the worksite domain admin account. I have added the law domain administrator group to the worksite domain local admin group but still nothing. Any thoughts would be appreciated. thanks Josh Douglas ------ You are subscribed as [EMAIL PROTECTED] Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe send a blank email to %%email.unsub%% ------ You are subscribed as [EMAIL PROTECTED] Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe send a blank email to %%email.unsub%% ------ You are subscribed as [email protected] Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
