The problem solved...Actually users tried printing HTML email format to
HP
LaserJet 8000 printer but couldn't at the beginning.
Got the solution that the firmware of the printer needs to be upgraded to
the latest version before the HTML format email can be printed to the
printer.
Upgraded it to latest version..
and bravo! it really worked after that..!

did you try print it in text? have u printed html before?

Hi Everyone!
Hope someone can assists.. Could not print to a printer when the
email is in HTML format..
it will stuck at the print queue for long time...
Have tried to reinstall the latest drivers for the printer, and check on
the
setting , it still could not print the HTML format out..
Is anybody ever faced this problem before?
