much CPU

Please respond to "NT
2000 Discussions"
I've got a small (50 user) domain with 2 Windows 2000 DCs and one NT4 BDC.
One of the Win2k DCs' LSASS.EXE process is taking up about 70% cpu. It
gives it up when necessary, but the whole server is crawing because of it.
The other servers' LSASS.EXE is using 5-10% (normal levels) of CPU. I have
turned off quota management on the server in question, I can't find
anything
in the knowledge base that deals with high CPU usage by the LSASS
process...
Any help?
Thanks
-Warren
