  I am not sure I understand what you are asking for here.

  If you want a network driver to appear as type "Local Disk", the answer is
"no".  The reason Windows treats a "Network Drive" differently from a "Local
Disk" is that they *are* *different*.  You cannot make a Samba share appear
as a "Local Disk" any more than you can make it appear as a modem.

  (1) Most Windows anti-virus software can be configured to do real-time
scanning of network drives as well as local drives.

  (2) Look into a real-time anti-virus scanner for Linux.  Trend Micro
(http://www.trendmicro.com) supposedly has one, although I have no idea how
well it works.
