Try using an lmhost entry to find the server to see if that will fix it
temporarily. If wins isn't working properly or the database is screwed up,
try deleting the database and let it start from new, do this after hours to
rebuild the database.

By the way the WINS Service seems to be in op, or just plain screwing up...
Could that be the reason, especially if the application is trying to access
the server by way of SERVER NAME, not IP.
