All, I�m having some major nightmares using CSVDE, and if anyone can provide any insight I would be most grateful. Backgrounder: I�m trying to export all objects (user, contacts, groups, OU�s) from a legacy (not the most appropriate term) Active Directory to a brand new Active Directory. The export is successful and indeed if anything there is too much information :-) Obviously the DN is different so a search and replace has been done for that, and then an import is attempted into the new AD. OU�s are created fine, contacts imported ok, however if I try and import users with the �memberof� attribute I get an error saying that it can�t update that attribute as the SAM owns it. So I delete that attribute (i.e. not try to import it) and users are created with no issue. Then when importing the groups, group membership is shown in the import files under the attribute �member�, import is successful however when I check members in each group none of the members appear despite the fact they are listed in the import file. Am I doing something wrong? The key thing as part of our migration is to get the group membership pulled across. Any advice would be gratefully received. TIA, Jason
