You can also use Replication Monitor to force changes to individual
servers, sites, and the Domain as a whole. This can be found with the
support tools... If you haven't set these up then they can be found on the
W2K server disk under \support if I remember.

Active Directory Sites and Services app in the Administrative Tools.  Drill
down to the target server and right-click the server to replicate from and
select "Replicate Now" from the context menu.

Q232072 describes this and using RepAdmin.exe to force replication.
