What I would do is buy some small disks for the XP 
workstations and mount the newer, bigger disks in the NT 
server [grin] ... places like CompGeeks.com, HiTechCafe.com, 
NewEgg.com, and ComputerSurplusOutlet.com have small HDs for 
$20-$75.  Some are even new with 1yr warranty.
