Don't set up RRAS on a domain controller or browse master. It screws up 
browsing from that machine. Something to do with Netbios not knowing 
which adapter to bind to. They could have fixed it in Win2k perhaps, but 
chose not to.
My advice is dial in to something else. I've been round and round the 
houses with this one and the problem won't be fixed until you remove the 
second adapter (RRAS or whatever it is) on the DC, then you will 
probably find the problem is fixed.
