That last statement is false. Ghost boot disks work perfectly fine with Win2k and NTFS partitions. Use a ghost TCP/IP boot disk (or drive mapping boot disk) to gain access to a specified network share where you want to dump the image to. During the dump up to the network, you do not have the option to change the size of the partition, but when you ghost it back down, you can definitely increase the size. That is a fact. I have done it before. Very easy.
