Sometimes that easier to rebuild. Do you replicate with other wins outside
of your area? If you have corrupt db and the server is working ok, you can
delete the database and restart wins and let it rebuild itself. I've had to
do that when we were running wins on NT4 servers. If you delete the db on
your rebuild wins server delete that database off of your other server so
you don't have the corrupt db to replicate back.

Yes the main one was corrupted and we had to rebuild the machine. While
working with the MS tech he informed me that it was best to rebuild the
database on the existing server when I created the new one on the rebuilt
server.

Why would you need to rebuild them, corruption?

I know that it's been said that if you have two WINS Servers and you need to
rebuild one of them that you should rebuild them both, but does anyone have
any articles that actually states this.
