You don't have to fill all of the drives. You can put in just one drive if
you really wanted to.

Subject: One more Basic SAN question

If we had the money, we'd hire a consultant! Sorry...

Anyway, I'm looking at a Compaq Storageworks 4100. Now, do I have to fill
all 12 drive spaces, or can I just put in, say, 6?

Also, anyone know of a list similar to this one where I can watch SAN
discussions?

Thanks!
