I forgot to say that I tried with safe mode and We received the same error
too.

Hi guys,
We just installed on Windows 2000 SP2 with SQL Server 2000
and IIS Server 5.0 the SP3 from CD. It installed properly I didn't received
some error, however when Now when I restart the computer It can't log on . I
received the following error message:
The exception privileged instructions
(0xc00000096) occurred in the application at location
0x00076d98
Click Ok to terminate the program
Click on Cancel to debug the program.
We tried with Ok and Cancel , it restart the system and
received the same error.
Do you have any idea for fixing it?
