We have an RIS server that has been running just fine. No problems until we
try to create an XP Pro image.

So I ran "risetup" on the RIS server and let it copy over a Windows XP SP-0
disk. No problem.

So I built the XP machine and ran the updated-for-XP riprep. Riprep asks
for my server name, and when I provide it I get an error:
"This RIS server t which yyou are attempting to post this installation does
not contain the correct CD-based image. The version of the CD-based image
on the server must match the version of the system you are attempting to
image [Version 5.1 Build 2600, Language English]."

The only thing I can come up with is that I applied SP-1 to the XP machine
that I was trying to image. I could try doing a slipstream install of SP1
and copying that to the RIS server as my XP base.

Any other thoughts?

Thanks!
