It's making the rounds again, I've had a lot of users asking about this
lately.  Instead of chastising them, I have been trying to take this
opportunity to educate them.  First, I point out that they should never
follow instructions to delete files or do other such things from emails.
They should always check with our department before doing anything like
that.

Second, I point out that if the virus was so easy to delete and the email is
traveling around the Internet why in the world would companies that make
their living from writing programs to catch this stuff NOT be able to do
anything about it.  That makes no sense.

Lastly, if they have contacted me before they did anything, I thank them.
They used their head and they saved me and themselves some grief.
