I have a server with a Tyan board installed (sorry, don't recall the model number offhand), but it's running with two AMD Athlon 1533MHz processors. Had some problems getting upW2K Server to run at first on it, but this was due to transferring of ghost image from previous server more than anything else. After fresh install, it's been running fine for the past year or so.
