  It will *work*, it just opens up a security vulnerability.  This
vulnerability is documented in the online help for the DHCP service.  (It's
a pretty lame design failure, too, if you ask me.  Obviously Microsoft knew
about it, but did nothing to fix it.  And Microsoft wonders why people
complain about their security stance.)
