Are they running Exchange?  If so, I can recommend Faxination and a
Brooktrout modem card.  I've been running it almost 4 years now and it just
purrrrs along without problems.  We send/receive about 50 faxes a day and
everything is done through Outlook.  Couldn't be easier for users,
especially since they have Visioneer Strobe scanners at their desks.
