"Is there such a limit with smtp/pop3-connects to mail-servers"

The 10 limit on W2K pro is for INBOUND HTTP traffic. There is no limit on
outbound connections. Are you trying to connect to a bunch of mail servers?
I do this all the time on W2Kpro.

Subject: OT: Limit to mail connections on Win2000 Pro

Hi list,
we have Win2000 Pro.
I know that Win2000 Pro limits the http traffic to 10 connection.
Is there such a limit with smtp/pop3-connects to mail-servers ?
Thanks in advance for ideas.

Uwe
