When I want to make a change like this I select all of the users in User Manager for Domains. First, select all of the users you want to disable. Second, select the menu options User/Properties and make the change you want.
I just recently did this when I moved a group of users' Home Directory to a new server. I was able to change all of them at the same time by using the "username" logical after the new server's name in the path.
