I am getting the following error on one of my machines.

I have changed drivers, cables, and nics (same type of nic, just new
one)

This machine has a 3Com EtherLink 10/100 PCI (3C905C-TX) installed in
it.  Using the driver from 3Com version 4.31.0.0 dated 8-13-2002.
