Is this happening on a single installation, or all over the place? A) If it's on a single computer, check that there aren't any local cookie overrides by checking "Tools, Internet Options, Privacy" and then click the "Edit" button under 'Web Sites.' Check to see if your Intranet has been listed in this list. If it is happening site-wide: B) Is the cookie actually working in your code? Try the page in Mozilla or other to check that it's working correctly. C) Did you deploy Internet Explorer 6 using the Internet Explorer Administration Kit (IEAK)? Did you set any overrides similar to (A) when you deployed IE6?
