We've had nothing but problems with our 5000.  We're a GIS firm, and the
colors on our maps have not come out correctly since Day-1, even after
numerous visits from the techs.  /Now/ HP says that we're having color
problems because our GIS software uses a four-color scheme, but the 5000
uses 6 different dyes.  A firmware upgrade is in progress right now...
We'll see how that comes out.
