Please help

I have installed a w2k laptop and constantly get an event in the eventlog:

Event Type: Information
Event Source: Winlogon
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1002
Date: 27/12/2002
Time: 20:26:48
User: N/A
Computer: <COMPUTERNAME>
Description:
The shell stopped unexpectedly and Explorer.exe was restarted.


Can anyone help?
