Well, our intranet is a secure site.  If the person tries to hit it,
they get a "The page cannot be displayed... Cannot find server or DNS
Error" message.  Same goes for any secure site, e.g. Hotmail login and
so on.

Win 2k users on the same IE level do not have this problem.  Nothing
turns up in the event logs.
