All,

Before posting this query, I got fed up with the box in question and
rebooted it. Once the box was rebooted the problem just went away.
*sigh* And for the record, I did stop and restart the individual
website, but not the entire IIS service.

-------------

We run an IIS 5.0 server on our network which is there purely so that
users can printers over the Intranet.

I configured this website for port 81, and IIS has no problems
responding on this port. Whenever I attempt to grab a page that exists
on this website, I get error 404. This website used to run perfectly,
and according to the logs, the last time the server served a page was
21st Dec 02, and I believe somewhere between then and now noone has been
able to add printers over our web interface.

The docs path is set correctly, the NTFS permissions are set to
'Everyone:R,' the IP Access is set to Grant Access to Everyone.

I changed the 'Home' directory of the site and reloaded it, but it still
comes up with Error 404. I even created an index.html file in the newly
created directory but it still wasn't happy. index.html is listed as a
Default Document in the site's settings.

The IP address of this machine recently changed, but I've updated the IP
Address field in the site's configuration, and it still doesn't work.
It does actually respond on this port, but still supplies a 404.
