Do you know how to simply change all the users e-mail addresses to something else 
default without entering all the users

forestprep etc extend the schema, but the tools (e.g. system admin, active
dir users & comp, etc) need installing on every server that you intend to use
to administrate your users/mailboxes otherwise they will not understand the
schema extensions.
