Copying permissions across domains

Hello, all.

I am looking for a tool that can copy all NTFS/Share permissions from a machine to another. The tricky part is that I am trying to copy all file permissions from PDC of resource domain to a member server of master domain. This is preparation of moving to a Windows 2000 domain and trying to get rid of all resource domains.

All my User/group accounts are in master domain. Can domain migration tool do what I am trying to do??
