Do a packet capture, I guess, that should tell you -- but can you ping anything beyond the firewall? Seems more likely the issue is with the firewall itself.

Hi, I have a problem; I installed a fire wall in front of a computer that I want to protect. Now I am having trouble connecting to the wan. I am unable to be validated by the DC or PDC. I've edited the host, lmhost, and network file's without any luck. Does anyone have any other idea's? PS- it's worked before with another computer behind the same firewall/configuration. Any ideas would be appreciated ------ You are subscribed as [EMAIL PROTECTED] Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe send a blank email to %%email.unsub%% ------ You are subscribed as [email protected] Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
