We have a 2 node active/passive cluster running SQL2000.

The SQL backups are fine - using the SQL enterprise manager.

NTBackup - assuming I want both nodes fully backed up each Saturday and
incrementals the other 6 nights....

I can backup local disks (C and D) on both nodes - fine.

The shared disks - E (SQL logs), F (SQL Databases) and Q (cluster
quorum) - do I let the SQL backups mentioned earlier cover the important
bits of E and F?

Or should I set both nodes to backup the whole lot, and whichever node
is active will succeed. If so, should I exclude the ldf's and

Or do I have to get the boss to buy backupexec and a cluster agent, etc
etc?
