In theory, yes. However if you have a dial in point or VPN you are as
vulnerable as anyone else since a machine dialing in may be infected and
thus pass it on to another server in your network.

Bottom line, unless your company has no internet access at all, you need to
patch your servers. Never assume you are safe.
