Actually my brother and his company asked I knew of a way.  As far as I knew
there wasn't other than just turning off the web server through the manager.
They have some SAP servers that they only want SMTP on so I was trying to
find a way for them.

As far as I know they are bundled    
You could go with 3rd party SMTP
