I don't know if WinFax Pro has this ability or not. We use Faxination (www.faxination.com). GFI's Faxmaker would work also and is probably less expensive. With each you also have the ability to send faxes from client machines. That may not be one of your requirements but it is an significant productivity booster. I have Visioneer Strobe scanners on each desktop and being able to scan and send saves a lot of time for the users. All sending and receiving is handled through Outlook.
