I am working with a school which has xp pro workstations in the computer lab and systems are using direct tcp/ip printing to 3 deskjets. Is there a way to prevent the student users from printing the same document if they have just queed it to print? The problem is that if the printers is busy of worse yet - jammed, the kids think they can get it to print if they just click on the print button again and again and... (54 times for one of them ! )
