None to really speak of which is why I was asking the list, as I didn't find anything in M$ knowledge base... Nothing shows up in either the Application or System log... But I would really like to hear what they say / corrupt reg. key because this is probably the main culprit.

I know this is probably an extremely rare problem but I thought I would try you guys anyway... I have a Windows 2000 Server, that when I go to System Tools, Backup, and choose Emergency Repair Disk, and pop in a floppy... At which point it should begin creating one after clicking OK. I end up receiving the error "THE OPERATION FAILED, THE DISK FILE WAS NOT FOUND OR WAS INACCESSIBLE". This message would be expected if I had a bad floppy disk or couldn't read /write anything to that floppy drive. Unfortunately I am using good floppy's and I have no problems What so ever reading / writing / formatting floppy disks. It's only during this E.R. Disk Creation that it has problems, is it possible that something got screwed up in the registry or That there is some sort of local temp folder that it copies things to before writing them to The floppy. ------ You are subscribed as [EMAIL PROTECTED] Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe send a blank email to %%email.unsub%% --- Incoming mail is certified Virus Free.
