A few weeks ago I finally completed upgrading all the DC's that are going to stay DC's to Win2K / AD... I still have one NT4 BDC which also happens to be our Exchange Server... When we do eventually upgrade that server to Win2k, it's not going to be a DC. Since I no longer need this box to act as a BDC, what will happen if I convert the domain to native mode now even with the one NT4 BDC still active? Should I just wait until I've converted the box before "going native"?
