I think it is good though. It kind of motivates people to do research on
their own before asking for the answer. If you find the answers on your own,
you will have a better understanding of the resolution and you will retain
the knowledge better.

It is like an unwritten rule though with these lists. You have to feel them
out. Some are for beginners and others are for experts sharing knowledge.
Obviously asking a newbie question to an expert panel is going to get you
some heat.
