Random lockups in the same timeframe usually indocate a heat issue to me. Check CPU and PowerSup?

The timing seems semi random though but it does always lock after a period of time. I have replaced the RAM (RIMMS actually) and the SCSI disk but no change. When I'm installing Windows 2000 server the system will lock up after awhile. Any ideas on what it could be? I've pulled out the firewire card and the phone modem but no change. Any help would really be appreciated.
