We are looking at deploying a webportal. The goal is to bring data from multiple databases into one screen vs having to have multiple front-end systems up and running.
We are considering IBM WebSphere. We are still deciding on whether to run it on a Win2k system or go with a Solaris platform. I guess what I'm looking for is feedback on WebSphere and then the pros and cons of running a portal on a Win2k vs Solaris box. Thanks in advance for the advice.
