Seems silly, but I can't create a user (any user) in Win2K pro even through I'm logged in as local and then domain admin. I get 'Cannot create user username because user computer\username does not exist.' Sorry for the elementary question, but it's driving me up the wall. It's not the same circumstances as decribed in Q242529.
