I have a script that goes through AD, and when it sees an object that is
a computer it runs some WMI queries against it to inventory hardware.
In the "Demo Machines" OU, I have several laptops ("Demo01", "Demo02",
...). All are running Win2k SP-3. The script successfully queries
about 75% of the machines in the Demo Machines OU, but for a couple
laptops, the WMI query fails (I have no error message to offer you...
the machine just ignores WMI). All these machines are in the same OU,
so I don't think it's a policy issue... Can anyone think of a reason why
some of these machines wouldn't answer the queries?
