I have an excel file that is accessed by a lot of people. The file is A read-only, but is change weekly. I have placed the file on a server where all users have access, but I don't want to manually create a shortcut on all the users desktops. Is there a way I can script the creation of the shortcut, or right a script that will "copy" a shortcut to the users desktop? I'm pretty sure in forgetting something obvious here, but I cant remember what it is.
