This may not be the forum for this, BUT...I have to give kudos the guys KS-Soft (http://ks-soft.net/) who make Host Monitor. I use Host Monitor to monitor any number of things from e-mail queues to running services to routers to websites, etc. What's amazing is their level of service. In the last two days via their forum I made suggestions for a couple of tweaks. They implemented each in, um...a FEW HOURS. EACH TIME. Try that with M$oft or big conglomerate! This and it's affordable for all but the smallest of shops ($250).
It's amazing to me that someone will make a minor revision that quickly (they're now at 3.69 where two days ago they were at 3.68), and they've done this ever since I bought v1.64 a couple years ago. Sorry but these guys are so far over the top on customer service it's not even funny so I had to comment. And no, I'm not a paid employee, just a blown-away customer.
