I would be talking to the maker of the fax software you are going to be using.

We have a Windows 2000 Server that we are going to use as a Fax's Server. We do also have a Windows 2000 Server wit Exchange 2000 installed. On the Exchange2000 server we have a lot of contact groups and contact users that have a Fax's number in theirs properties. I want Outlook 2000/2002 to choose a user from the contact list and the click/make a button that just sends the fax without opening any other fax programs. Is this possible?
