It sounds like you have a default user that is automatically login in. You
should get the "Login Prompt" when the system first boots

How can I get a windows 2000 pro workstation to lock the system after it
boots? I have the screensaver set for logon, password protected after a
couple minutes but I need to make sure that it will lock the desktop no
matter what.
