I ran into a similar situation just a few weeks ago. Some helpful soul
pointed out that you can only have one connection using \\servername\share
so try using \\x.x.x.x\share (IP address) for subsequent connections and I
think this will get you past this issue.

One side note, I did grant W2K Domain Admins access to the local
Administrator group, and open up all necessary User Rights on the member
servers. Thanks

> Okay, this is really bug the hell out of me. I have two domain NT and
W2K/AD(native mode) with a full trust between then, when I logon to W2K
domain workstation I can simply do \\filesrv from the NT domain no
problem, but if I logon locally to the any domain controller of the W2K
domain, I can't even do what I did on the workstation (\\filesrv) I would
get this message:
> "\\filesrv is not accessible - The trust relationship between this
workstation and the primary domain failed."

> Note: This is ONLY happen on the member servers. I just can't figure it
out, please help!
