Define "jamming". Assuming I know what you mean: START....SETTINGS....PRINTERS...FILE....SERVER PROPERTIES....ADVANCED. There's a spool folder specified there. You'll need to do this from the server hosting the queue for this printer.
Of course it's better just to kill the job from the "Printers" view.
