  When it comes to VPNs, you're going to need to do some real learning to
understand it.  The CLI-vs-web-UI debate is pointless.  The complexity of
IPsec, X.509, and so on, make the CLI thing a non-issue.  If you seriously
expect to have trouble with the UI, it's time to hire a specialist for this
project.

  VPNs are unlike, say, disk storage, in that it is *very easy* to get a
configuration that appears to work (passes traffic) but is still hopelessly
insecure (doesn't do authentication right, doesn't encrypt properly, etc.).
