Also, Windows Scripting Solutions published a set of scripts to change
admin account password information for all services using aparticular
account.  This was probably about a year and a half to two years ago.
You'd need a subscription to pull it out of the archives, but it might
be worth it to you.  It's a Penton Publishing magazine.

I believe WMI will do this - check the MSDN web site for scripting
examples.
