dir *.msc /s >> c:\msc-list.txt

Run the above at the root of the system drive (where the OS is installed) and you will have a list in text format called msc-list.txt in the root of C:

Of course there is the windows search for *.msc... :-)

Alternate way to do what was originally asked: type MMC

Console > Add/Remove Snap-ins and add what is available/you need.
